Chocolate everything. All day everyday. I love getting my chocolate fix in by one simple ingredient: protein powder. I absolutely love using protein powder in baking and the best part is it's low carb! For these cupcakes I used pescience milk chocolate protein powder. This is one of the best chocolate protein powders I've had-- no artificial taste and very rich chocolate flavor :) So how did these cupcakes taste? DELICIOUS! Once you make these, you'll make them again, I promise.
1 scoop of Pescience chocolate protein (Use the code "LowCarbCook" for 30% off your purchase)
1 T coconut flour
2 T cocoa powder
1 t baking powder
1 egg
1/4-1/3 C unsweetened almond milk
1 t vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together your dry ingredients
2. Add in your wet ingredients and mix until batter consistency
3. Pour batter evenly into sprayed cupcake molds (I made them into 6)
4. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 350
