40g Lean Body For Her Whey (LOVE this protein for baking!)
3 large eggs
1/2 C peanut butter (Using Buff Bake White Chocolate Peanut Butter was AMAZING! I am obsessed with this flavor, and all their other flavors. You can use the code "BuffBakelowcarb" for 10% off your purchase)
1 t Baking Powder
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a bowl, add in your eggs and peanut butter and mix well
3. Add in your dry ingredients and combine until thick batter consistency
4. Spray a loaf pan with non stick spray and pour your batter in -- you can bang the bottom of the pan on the counter to prevent bubbles and even cooking
5. Bake for 17-25 minutes, until it comes out clean with a toothpick
6. Let it set for 20 minutes before taking it out of the pan and cut into as many slices as you want
