Breads:
Flatout bread light: This bread is a staple in my house. I love using it for wraps, pizzas, quesadilla, just about anything. My favorite is the light Italian. Each wrap clocks in at 90 calories and 16 carbs (9 fiber). They can be found in grocery stores such as Walmart, but they also have a store locator on their site.
ThinSlim bread: I tried this bread not too long ago and loved it! One slice is 50 calories and 8 carbs (7 fiber). That fiber amount is amazing! The bread is great for sandwiches, and even better when toasted. You won't miss real bread, trust me.
Tumaro's Wraps: I absolutely love these wraps. Each wrap is 60 calories or less and only 4-7 net carbs. They come in 9 different flavors and can be found in some grocery stores. They're amazing!
Snacks on-the-go:
Enlightened snacks: I cannot get enough of these snacks! They're only 100 calories and 12g net carbs for one serving They come in five different flavors: Garlic and Onion, Mesquite BBQ, Sea Salt, Wasabi, and Sriracha. My favorites are definitely the Garlic and Onion and Mesquite BBQ. Totally nails that chip craving right on the head! --- DISCOUNT CODE ABOVE---
Fiber Gourmet: Fiber Gourmet has two of the most AMAZING crackers! I've had the wheat thinables, and the cheese thinables. Both of these are literally lifesavers. I use to eat wheat thins like it was nobody's business. And cheez-its? They are my weakness. The little individual packs are great for on the go!
Quest Protein Chips: I am obsessed with these chips. My favorites are the BBQ, Sour Cream & Onion, and of course the Cheddar & Sour Cream . They're only 120 calories per bag and 5g of carbs! Where can you find macros like that for chips?
Protein Powders:
PEScience: This protein power taste delicious and is true to their flavor. I am obsessed with the Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cup flavors. They are low in calories and in carbs and is a blend of whey and casein so it bakes really well! ---DISCOUNT CODE ABOVE---
Lean Body for Her: Absolutely the best to use for baking! I love using it for just about everything. The macros are on point and there's no artificial taste like there can be for other proteins. Their chocolate is one of the best chocolate flavors I've had.
Quest Nutrition: Quest products never seem to disappoint me. I've tried every flavor and my favorites would be Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter, and Banana. Very low in calories and carbs and can also be purchased in individual packets.
Nut Butters:
Buff Bake: Buff Bake is absolutely amazing! They come in delicious flavors: Snickerdoodle (my fave), White Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Coffee Bean, Cinnamon Raisin, and Cookie Spread. They are low in net carbs are perfect for those who want something sweet, yet guilt free. You can also purchase on the go packets for those road trips and quick easy snacks! ---DISCOUNT CODE ABOVE---
Dsnaturals Fluffbutter: Yes, you read that right; FLUFFBUTTER! The consistency of this is what really makes it stand out. It's so smooth and creamy and it reminds me of homemade frosting. The Vanilla Maple is delicious - it literally taste like whipped vanilla frosting with a pinch of sweetness. It's hard to stop at just two tablespoons!
Nuts n More: I love love love this peanut butter! The White Chocolate and Pumpkin Spice are my two favorites. I use to buy these more because they only had 1g of net carbs, but nonetheless I still love their peanut butter!
Smucker's Natural: Smucker's Natural peanut butter is one of THE best peanut butter flavors EVER. There's only two ingredients: peanuts and salt. What more do you need? It has none of those additives like rapeseed oil (which clearly, I'm not even sure what that is, so why would I put it in my body), and it has a nice nutty flavor. You can definitely tell the difference in flavor from like Jif or Skippy, but I prefer Smucker's Natural over all other original peanut butter brands.
