1/3 C almond butter
3 T water
1 scoop chocolate protein (I used Quest chocolate milkshake)
1 T cocoa powder
1 t mint extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Mix together the almond butter and water until combined
3. Add in your dry ingredients and mix together
4. Pour in your extract and mix well
5. Spoon the cookie batter on a baking sheet
6. Bake for 15-17 minutes
7. Enjoy!
This batch makes 12 cookies and I literally ate half right out of the oven (sorry not sorry to my hungry belly) You'll definetly love these cookies, I promise!
