If you've never made this, TRY IT NOW! I promise you'll fall in love. And the best part is it's so simple and only three ingredients. Last summer, I saw the Taco Bell commercials literally every day and I wanted one so very badly, so I decided to make my own version that was healthier :) I'm actually shocked I didn't have this recipe on my blog already-- but have no fear, it's finally here!
What you need:
1 wrap (any wrap will do- I use Tumaro's Low Carb Wrap or Flatout)
3-4 oz burger
1 wedge laughing cow cheese (garlic n herb is my favorite)
Directions:
1. Cook your burger to your desired preference and set aside
2. In a skillet or on a panini press, place your wrap and warm it for 2 minutes on each side
3. Spread your cheese in the middle on one side of the wrap and place your burger on top
4. Fold in the edges to cover the entire burger and place it back on your skillet or panini press for about 3-5 minutes til the outside gets crunchy
There you have it! A crunchy burger :)
