What you need:
1 scoop of protein powder (I used Cellucor cor-fetti for this one)
1 T coconut flour
3 T Muscle Egg egg whites (I used pumpkin flavored and it made this loaf SO good!)
3 T unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 t baking powder
1 t vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl and then add in your wet
2. Mix well until cake batter consistency and pour into a mini loaf pan
3. Bake at 360 for about 13-16 minutes (I've made this twice and the second time it didn't take as long and it didn't come out as dry, either)
4. Let set for a minute before cutting into slices
5. Enjoy!
