Spaghetti squash has become an ultimate favorite of mine! It goes great with just about eveything and leftovers are just as good. If you do low carb and have never had spaghetti squash, you MUST! I promise you you'll fall in love if you're a pasta lover. Don't get me wrong, it's not exactly like real pasta, but it's the perfect alternative!
The key to getting long strands? Cutting it vertically! That's right! Cut it into thick chunks vertically. Most people just cut it in half horizontally, but doing it this way makes long beautiful strands.
Simply bake at 375 for about an hour.
Let them set for 5 minutes and then start scraping the insides with a fork. It comes apart so easily and it's like magic.
