Okay so I am literally in love with s'mores. I could eat five million..no really, I could. And clearly, s'mores are just too many carbs for me. Is it just me, or would a s'mores quest bar be like the best thing EVER?!?!
Until that day happens, and I hope when that day happens I don't fall over dead, I came up with my OWN s'mores. And not to toot my own horn, but I'm going to because this is heaven. Make it, tag me in your post, and then thank me later ;)
So this is the chocolate I used and let me just say, I LOVE IT. The macros for this chocolate is killer and it's low carb. Need I say more?
So yeah you see that? What if I told you it only has SIX carbs for BOTH!?! Did your heart just skip a beat from pure shock and excitement? MAKE THESE.
Ingredients
1 Cinnamon Roll Quest bar
2 Tbls cool whip (frozen and thawed) I know when you think of the marshmallow you think warm and gooey but I loved it cold because it gave it that creamy texture
6 mini squares of Lily's chocolate
Directions
1. Microwave your quest bar for 10 seconds and then cut your bar into 4 equal pieces
2. Slightly flatten each piece between parchment paper, just so they're a bit flatter like a graham cracker. Poke holes on the top to give it that affect
3. Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes, and then place immediately in the freezer (this gives them a bit harder texture so it's crunchy like a cracker
4. After they've been in the freezer for about 20 minutes, take two of your crackers and spread cool whip on them, placing your chocolate right on top of your "marshmallow"
5. Place the other two crackers on top to sandwich your s'mores together
