One of my favorite breakfast foods is pancakes! They remind me of my childhood...although I would drench them in syrup and there would be more syrup than pancakes on the plate ;) Making my own pancakes is not only healthy, but fun! You can basically make them anyway you want and they taste fantastic!
What you need:
1 scoop Lean Body for Her protein (highly recommend using this brand for baking)
1 T coconut flour
3 T Egg Whites
1/2 t Baking Powder
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together your protein, coconut flour, and baking powder and then add in your egg whites and milk until you get a batter consistency
2. Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with bin stick pan if needed
3. Spoon on dollops of the batter to the size you want your pancakes
4. When they start to bubble, flip them over and cook the other side
5. Top with peanut butter and enjoy :)
