CALLING ALL PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS! If there's one thing I love most about protein powder, it's that you're able to bake so many delicious treats. When it comes to baking, I love simple! These mini peanut butter cookies hit the spot for those who LOVE peanut butter. Best part? You only need three Ingredients which you probably already have AND they're low carb.
What you need:

16 T peanut butter
1 large egg
Directions:
1. Preheat your over to 375
2. Crack your egg into your bowl and add in your peanut butter
3. Slowly add in your protein powder, mixing well until batter consistency
4. Roll Ito balls between your palms and place on a baking sheet
5. Gently press down with a fork in a crisscross pattern (optional)
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes
7. Try not to eat them all out of the oven and enjoy :)
