What you need:
1 sugar free pudding (I used the one that comes in a pack of four by Hunts)
3 Tablespoons of Cookie Butter (MANBAKE COOKIE BUTTER IS A MUST)
Directions:
1. In a mold, fill up the bottom half with chocolate pudding (I save my atkins and quest pb cup holders, which is what I used)
2. Set in freezer to harden for about 15-20 minutes
3. Take molds out and spread tops with cookie butter, and place back in the freezer for an additional 30 minutes or until desired consistency. It should be a bit hard so you have the soft crunch,and the chocolate pudding has had a chance to set and harden completely
