Who loves easy baking?
This will definitely be a new favorite if you're a cheese fanatic like me!
What you need:
1 light flatout bread
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan
Directions:
1. Bake your flatout at 350 for 4 minutes on each side
2. In a bowl, microwave your ricotta for about 40 seconds
3. Add in half your parmesan to the ricotta mi and give it a quick mix
4. Spread on the tortilla and top with the rest of the parmesan
5. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until crispy
