Lately all I've been wanting to eat is sweets. SWEETS SWEETS SWEETS! When I wake up I think about sweets, when I'm in school and should be paying attention to the professor I think about sweets, I even pray about sweets...okay well that last one isn't true but maybe I should. I wanted something sweet and soft that had chocolate and peanut butter. Because in reality, those two were made for each other.
Ever since I've discovered Amber Lyn Chocolates No Sugar Added white chocolate, I've been obsessed. I can't tell you how long it's been since I've had white chocolate! But now that's it's back in my life, it's been a blessing in disguise. I can't stop eating it..it's just too good..and you literally don't notice it's no sugar added. This recipe is so easy and yummy that I've already made it three times..since yesterday ;)
What you need:
1.5 scoops Lean Body for Her peanut flour
2 oz Amber Lyn no sugar added white chocolate (lowcarbcooking for 20% discount)
almond milk
Directions:
1. In a bowl, melt your chocolate in :30 intervals until it is completely melted. Be careful to watch it closely so it doesn't burn
2. Add in your peanut flour and mix while slowly adding in your almond milk. I didn't measure the almond milk, I just added tiny amounts until batter consistency
3. Place mixture into silicone cups and place in the freezer for about a half hour (I added sprinkles because it was my birthday, so you can skip this part- but they make them look pretty!)
4. Let set for 2 minutes before you take them out of the silicone cups and enjoy :)
