Tuna cakes are like lowcarb-ers BFF when you make them like this! You can't even taste the difference and these are much healthier for you. My MOM even likes when I make these, and she's a picky eater :)
What you need:
2 cans of tuna
1/4 t of granulated garlic and onion powder
2 Eggs
1 T butter
Directions:
1. Drain the tuna and place in a bowl
2 Crack the egg into that same bowl and add in the garlic, letting it sit for about 10 minutes
3. Mix together and form together into balls with your hands (I made 6 decent sized patties)
4. Heat a pan on medium heat with butter
5. Fry for three minutes on each side or until desired consistency (make sure they are fully cooked inside though)
