Literally one of the easiest, but delicious things to make :)
What you need:
1 light flat out wrap
4 oz ground beef (I use 97/3)
Seasonings of choice
1/4 C shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions:
1. Cook your beef in a pan, chopping it up, and season it with your spices of choice until it is no longer pink
2. Using a conventional oven or panini press, lay your wrap and place the cooked beef on one half side
3. Sprinkle your cheese on top and fold over
4. Toast until cheese is melted and wrap is crispy on both sides (feel free to top with salsa, sour cream, or whatever your heart desires)
5. ENJOY!
