With three ingredient cookies, you can never go wrong. And if you're like me and LOVE peanut butter, this recipe is for you :) They're not fall apart soft, but they are soft and taste great when microwaved for 10 seconds!
So simple, yet so good! I wanted to get away from the sugar substitute, so I replaced it with vanilla protein powder- YUM!
What you need:
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
3. Using a spoon or just by eyeballs, form into circles and press on sprayed cooking sheets
4. Take a fork and make a "criss cross" pattern
5. Bake for about 7-12 minutes or until done to your desired consistency
6. Let cool and enjoy!
