NOTHING beats the taste of pizza. It's just one of those fun foods that taste good on just about everyday of the week. Am I right? Sometimes I get the urge to want two pizza, but instead I make my "pizzadilla." It's a combination of pizza and quesadilla. And the best part? It's quick and easy!
These are craaaazzzzy good!
What you need:
2 Low Carb High Fiber Wraps
3 T Low Carb sauce
1/4 C Mozzarella Cheese
Turkey pepperoni (optional)
Italian seasoning (optional)
Directions:
1. In the oven (or panini press) bake both the tortillas until they get crispy- about 5-ish minutes depending on temperature
2. On one of the tortillas, spread the sauce, sprinkle the cheese and seasoning, and place on the pepperoni
3. Place the other tortilla on top and place it back in oven (or back on panini press) until the cheese gets melted and the tortillas get more crispy
4. Let sit for a minute or two before cutting
