1 Flatout light wrap
3 T pizza sauce
1/4 C mozzarella
Pepperoni slices
Directions:
1. Place the wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds just to make it easier to fold
2. Spread your sauce in the middle, spreading it outwards towards the edges, but leaving about an inch on each side
3. Sprinkle your cheese on top and place your pepperoni slices where desired
4. Take the two shorter edges and fold them down an inch
5. While still holding those down, roll one edge inward, just like you would a regular wrap
6. For this step, you can either use a panini press or a pan on the stove to crisp up both sides
