Fun fact: I'm not a big vegetable person. And guess what? I STILL lost weight. Vegetables are just something that bore me, so I came up with a fun, yet delicious way to get those veggies in!
Ever wonder what this combination tasted like? Well now's your chance :)
What you need
Greed beans (fresh)
3 T of Low carb sauce
1/4 C Italian shredded cheese (I use Kraft)
Directions:
1. Place green beans together on foil (make sure they are laying side by side together touching)
2. Spread the sauce over the green beans evenly
3. Top the green beans with the cheese, spreading lightly
4. Place them in the oven at 400 for about 15-30 minutes depending on how crispy you wan your beans, and how bubbly you want your cheese
5. Enjoy!:)
