Peanut butter peanut butter I love peanut butter. The more the merrier! ;) A quick and easy way to get a peanut butter packed protein snack is with a mug cake with chunks of peanut butter B-UP bar throughout. This literally made my taste buds so happy.
What you need:
1 Scoop of Lean Body for Her Vanilla Whey
2 T PB2
1/2 T baking powder
Unsweetened almond milk
Half of Peanut Butter BUP bar (use code lowcarbcooking29 for discount off a box: $29/box plus free shipping)
Directions:
1. In a microwave bowl, mix together your protein, PB2, baking powder
2. Slowly add in almond milk until batter consistency
3. Warm up your BUP bar for 10 seconds then rip into pieces
4. Place your bar pieces throughout the mugcake and microwave for 45 seconds (may need more depending on your microwave)
5. Let set for a minute and enjoy :)
