So I have to admit, I was at a family reunion on Sunday and my mom's freakin bomb.com no bake cookies were eying me up. And I may or may not have had three of them. You know, parties just have all that food staring you down yelling "EAT ME!" And I really enjoyed those cookies but I'm like, "I need to make a protein packed/low carb no bake" So I got my mind thinking and I came up with he perfect mock no bake.

What you need:
1/2 C Body Crunch whey crunchies
2 T of Jif Whips
2 squares of Amberlyn Dark Chocolates Squares (you can get 20% off your order by using the code "lowcarbcooking" from your purchase at amberlynchocolates.com)
1/2 C Body Crunch whey crunchies
2 T of Jif Whips
2 squares of Amberlyn Dark Chocolates Squares (you can get 20% off your order by using the code "lowcarbcooking" from your purchase at amberlynchocolates.com)
Directions:
1. Place your chocolate and peanut butter together in a bowl and microwave it for about a minute (or until both are melted)
2. Stir the two together and then immediately dump the crunchies into the bowl mixing it well until they're all covered
3. Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and place in the freezer for about two hours
4. Take out and enjoy :)
