What you need:
4 eggs
1/4 C butter or coconut oil (melted)
1/2 C sugar free maple syrup
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 scoop PES milk chocolate protein ("LowCarbCook" for 30% off your purchase)
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 C Sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a bowl, mix together your melted butter, syrup, and vanilla extract
3. Add in your unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate protein and still until smooth - you can add the chocolate chips here or sprinkle them on the top before sticking it in the oven
4. Pour the batter into a sprayed baking pan
5. Bake for 25 minutes and let cool
6. Cut into squares and store extra in the fridge
