What can I say, I love pancakes! And the best part about them is there's so many variations to making them, and they're simple to make :)
What you need:
1 scoop of cellucor cinnamon swirl protein powder
1 Egg white
3 T of unsweetened almond milk
1 t cinnamon
1/2 T coconut or almond flour
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine protein powder, egg white, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, and flour
2. Spray a pan with non stick spray and place on medium heat. Make sure you pour it slowly!
3. Place desired fruit on top and push down a little, but make sure it doesn't go all the way in
3. CAREFULLY flip after 2 minutes and cook other side. If you are not careful your fruit might fall everywhere and make a mess
Enjoy with sugar free syrup, or as is :)
