I absolulty love these because they're easy, fast, and you can eat them as soon as they're made! You can eat the whole batch with no guilt. I'm all for making food that I can eat the whole serving in one sitting ;)
What you need:
1 Scoop of Chocolate protein powder
2 T coconut flour
1 T nut spread (I used Kolat- so delicious)
Unsweetened almond milk

Directions:
1. Place dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix together
2. Add in your almond milk slowly to make a thick batter (I didn't measure but I'd say around 1/4-1/3 C)
3. Add in your not butter and combine to make a dough
4. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper and eat as is or place in the fridge for about 20 minutes- highly recommended
