Since the Chocolate Mint B-Up bar, I've been obsessed with chocolate mint everything. It's just a refreshing flavor that makes my taste buds so a happy dance! So anyways, I used two of my favorite ingredients in this recipe: Muscle Egg Chocolate Mint egg whites and Lean Body for Her Chocolate 100% Whey. Have you ever tried Muscle Egg? It's BOMB! What you need:
1 scoop of chocolate protein (Lean Body for Her is the best to bake with!)
1/2 t baking powder
1 T Muscle Egg Chocolate Mint Egg Whites
1/4-1/3 C unsweetened milk
1 T cocoa powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a ramekin and then add in your milk and egg whites
2. Stir together until batter consistency
3. Microwave for 30 seconds and check on it. Depending on your microwave, you might want an additional 10 seconds
4. Enjoy! :)
