I'm beginning to think I'm obsessed with baking with my Lean Body for Her protein. Since I'm still on break until next week, I have become addicted to baking. It's not a bad thing..unless you're like me and left the oven on for two hours after you made these because you were just too hungry. It happens to the best of us, right? ;) If not, just pretend like you agree so I don't feel as bad.
Even though it's winter time and it's cold out, I still love my cold treats. In this case, yummy chocolate mint cheesecake!
Even though it's winter time and it's cold out, I still love my cold treats. In this case, yummy chocolate mint cheesecake!
What you need:
12 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 container of Eli Quark
1 egg
1/4 C Muscle Egg Chocolate Mint egg whites
2 T Stevia
1/4 C unsweetened milk
2 scoops Lean Body for Her Chocolate Whey
1 t vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325
2. In a bowl, mix your cream cheese, eggs, and stevia with an electric mixer
3. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix until well combined
4. Pour your batter into a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, then turn the oven to 250 and bake for an additional hour
5. Set it in the fridge for about 5 hours
6. Enjoy!
