They say that diamonds are a girl's best friend. They lied. B-Up bars and chocolate are. The combination of cinnamon and chocolate were just made for each other. It''s like the best of both worlds.
This is just a quick and simple recipe that you can make when you're craving something sweet.
What you need:
Cinnamon roll B-Up bar (you can use my code "lowcarbcooking32" at checkout to get a discount plus free shipping)
Chocolate square of choice (I used Amberlyn's chocolate - you can use the code lowcarbcooking for 20% off your order)
Directions:
1. Microwave your bar in the microwave on parchment paper for 10 seconds (these bars are already soft enough so you don't have to microwave if you don't want to)
2. In a mini tartlet pan, line the bottom and edges with your bar to make a "pie crust type." When you bake it, it will puff up a bit so don't worry about trying to make it perfect
3. Bake at 350 for about 3-5 minutes and then take take out immediately. Place your chocolate in the center and fold an edge over to seal the chocolate in. It should look more like a taco now - if you over bake, it won't turn out right. The edges get a little crisp while the middle stays soft and absorbs the chocolate
Enjoy! :)
