What you need:
1 cup almond flour
8 oz of softened cream cheese
3/4 cup sweetener
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut shreds
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine butter, cream cheese, almond butter, and sweetener together in a bowl
3. To that same bowl, add in your eggs one at a time and mix
4. Throw in remaining ingredients (except for chocolate chips and coconut shreds) and mix it all together
5. Spoon cookies onto baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes- it may need a little longer, just be carful not to overbake
