I love cheesecake. And by love I mean I could eat a whole cheesecake by myself in a week if I could. When I found out about Eli's Skinny selection, I just had to try it for myself! I've heard nothing but great reviews on it so I was so excited to get my hands on their Skinny Eli Plain Cheesecake.

Since they are a bit higher in carbs, I was hoping for a bigger piece. However, I do like the fact they were all pre-cut and portioned.
The texture is so creamy and it has a nice rich flavor that you honestly can't tell it's "lite." The crust adds a nice touch and adds a nice sweetness to the flavor of the cheesecake. It's very soft and the crust isn't crumbly like some cheesecake bottoms are.
You can also add your favorite toppings to give it an additional delicious flavor! If you've never tired peanut butter on cheesecake, you're missing out! The two really contrast each other nicely. I can't get over how creamy and rich this cheesecake really is. Even my mom, who isn't a big cheesecake fan, really enjoyed it!
