Okay guys, I need to get serious for a minute. I think I found a new obsession. Now Greek Yogurt was something I wasn't a fan of because it was too tart and my taste buds were not loving it. So when I came across elli Quark, I was very excited to see this on their front page: "Elli Quark is a spoonable fresh cheese with a creamy texture similar to Greek yogurt, but with a richer, less sour taste. It also has a better protein-to-carb ratio than Greek yogurt, with high protein and no added sugars." SCORE! Less sour. Eli Quark was kind enough to send me samples of each of their flavors to try, and I was ready for the challenge.
Lemon: Now I'm not a big lemon fan, so I wasn't sure I was going to like this flavor. But the verdict? AMAZING! It reminded me of like a lemonade slushy you would get at a carnival. It was so creamy and I love that elli Quark stays true to not being sour.
Cherry: This flavor was pretty good. I wasn't a huge fan of this one because I'm not a big cherry fan, but the flavor is there!

Pineapple: OMG this flavor was my favorite out of all the fruit ones. I just loved everything about this flavor, and I think the creaminess is what I really love about these.
Peach: I loved this one! I stuck this flavor in the freezer for about two hours and enjoyed a sweet treat.

Blueberry: LOVED this one! I put mini dark chocolate chips mixed throughout and it was delicious. It reminded me of chocolate covered blueberries that I used to eat all the time.
Strawberry: This flavor wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad. The strawberry flavor was just not overly strong and I wished I could have tasted it more.

Vanilla Bean: Anything vanilla I love, so I had high hopes for this one. And it didn't disappoint. It wasn't overly sweet but you still got that warm vanilla taste. This flavor would pair really well with some kind of chocolate.
Banana Foster: I love banana flavored anything (mainly because I rarely eat bananas because they're too high in carbs for me) This flavor was SOO good! It was like eating a soft banana. I wanted another one later that night. The only thing that confused me was the foster part because when I think of banana foster, I think of that warm buttery sauce on top. But this nailed it with the banana flavor!

Sea Salt Caramel: My second favorite flavor of the whole batch! The taste was spot on it made me realize how much I love caramel. I didn't think I was going to like this one, but it is delicious.
Red Velvet: My absolute favorite flavor. It stays true to the flavor name and I don't know how they did it. Well done, elli Quark :)

Chocolate Mint: Last but not least, Chocolate Mint. This was the first one I had and I absolutely loved it. It wasn't overly sweet, and the mint flavor was kind of hidden, but you could still taste both flavors. I sprinkled in some chocolate shavings for the extra chocolate kick- YUM!
If you haven't tried elli Quark yet, you must! :) I promise you'll fall in love just as much as I did. To see where you can find elli Quark nearest you, checkout their Facebook page.
