I totally wish I could take credit for this deliciousness because it is literally the best brownie ever. I could eat this everyday and be okay with that because it's guilt free ;) The brains behind this famous brownie is @the_beltsander (Instagram.)
Before I tell you how simple this is, the key is to use a good protein powder. Otherwise, it will come out dry. I highly recommend using Lean Body For Her 100% Whey Concentrate which is my new favorite protein powder to bake with. One scoop (40g) is only 150 calories, 1F 6C (3 fiber) 25P. You can't get any better with those macros!
What you need:
1 scoop of protein powder (Lean Body for Her is my FAVORITE)
1/2 t Baking Powder
1 T unsweetened baking cocoa
1/4 C milk of choice (water works well too- I like unsweetened cashew milk)
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl mix together all of your dry ingredients
2. Add in your milk (or water) and mix until a pudding/batter consistency
3. Microwave for 30 seconds. Do NOT overcook. This beauty is so warm and fudgy you literally forget you're eating a protein brownie
